I'm a hard working 30'ing year old with everything I could ask for but August 2017 there was a slight detour, I went "off roading." I was diagnosed with breast cancer. A blog I once set up a few years ago suddenly had a new purpose. A place where I share my experience on this journey and work my way through this whilst connecting with others, and honestly writing helps me. Blogging my journey has been my own therapy. I hope you find some comfort in it if your are on this rollercoaster ride with me. I hope my friends and family find comfort in this and understand to how I am feeling. Here's me, honest and open, and strangely the most free I have ever felt even under the circumstances. You will also find a huge passion for plant based nutirion Love Sarah xxx
