Batch cooking - GRANOLA

Who made the granola I shared recently ?? And if so what did you add in extra ? To this batch I added chia seeds for extra crunch and nutrients. This is so good if you add frozen berries and milk (I use coconut) leave to ‘soak’ for a few minutes before eating, the milk turns pink and the granola tastes soooo great and almost gooey but still crunchy 👌🏻

After 5 weeks in 🇪🇸 we head home tomorrow and I can’t quite figure out how I feel about it but I’m kinda thinking that’s down the weather ☀️ 🤣 home is where the heart is and without being soppy that belongs with @jakedixon.96 and my fur baby @larrydixon.96 but I can’t wait to see my laaaaadies 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 and the family ❤️ oh and my bed ...I really miss MY bed 🛌 -

Cancer came along and shook me to my core, but at the worse possible time of my life I chose a partnership with my very self, I chose kindness, I chose to fill my body with love and fuel it with all the goodness I possibly could. -

I have bad days, but the difference is I can recognise them before they take hold and make decisions for me...we all have s**t days but recognising them and what stems the cause is key.

A great Partnership in life of any kind is so very special ...
But the partnership with yourself is the greatest achievement you’ll ever have to hold and owning that kind of success will leave you waking each morning with so much self purpose (more times than not) ready to face the day ahead instead of dread leading the way -
